What We Offer
Our services
Infrared Sauna
Sweating in a sauna is a centuries old practice. Infrared offers a more enjoyable, relaxing experience. It warms the body from within instead of just heating the air around you. Deliberate heat exposure has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, mood, metabolism, sleep, and recovery.
Inside View Advanced Assessments
How do you know if your exercise, nutrition, and recovery strategies are moving you closer to your goals? A detailed, inside view is the only way.
Using advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis from InBody, get a clear picture of your body composition including percentage body fat, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, and more.
Go deeper and test 43 blood biomarkers with Inside Tracker, including glucose, cholesterol, cortisol, and hemoglobin—for a complete and holistic analysis of your health. Go beyond identifying generic, “clinically normal” ranges to unveil your body’s unique, optimal biomarker zones.
Our expert staff then uses this advanced assessment technology to help you customize your exercise, nutrition, supplement, and recovery tools to perform and feel your very best.
Cold Exposure Therapy
Cold Exposure Therapy (CET) is a short, potent exposure to cold temperatures that improves attention, mental resiliency, metabolism, mood, and performance. Water temperature can run from 36 to 60 degrees. The specific temperature of the water and duration of exposure is customized to the individual and their specific goal.
Normatec Compression Therapy
Normatec’s patented dynamic air compression technology creates a restorative massage that helps to increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling. Great as a warm-up before training, post workout recovery, injury rehab, and circulation issues.
